This website and all its Contents (such as texts, images, graphics, videos, audios, software and any other form of intellectual property) may constitute intellectual property and as such may be protected by copyright law. Any violation of its rights can therefore entail the application of the penal or administrative sanctions set out in articles 171, 171-bis, 171-ter, 174-bis and 174-ter of Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941, as well as of the civil sanctions set out in the Italian Civil Code.

The works whose source is reported are the exclusive property of the respective copyright owners and their assignees. Unless otherwise specified, all the rights are the exclusive property of Privacy. Therefore, no Content of this website may be copied, distributed, published or used in any way, in whole or in part, without prior written agreement with its owners.

Aiap’s policy is to respect privacy concerning any information that might be gathered in connection with the use of the Association’s website. The information below aims at helping understand how personal data is collected and used after the user has given his or her consent.

In compliance with Law Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, the information provided as a necessary precondition for participation in the AWDA Award is collected and treated, including in automated ways, in connection to participation in the contest and to send contestants any administrative materials.

Such data will ONLY be accessible to Aiap, who commits itself not to pass it on to third parties.

2. Users data


The user’s data will be used as detailed below:

On registration, the data entered in the form is stored in the AWDA website’s database, from where it is accessible to the website administrators (Aiap members or subjects who have received an ad hoc proxy). Passwords will never be accessible to anyone, and they remain strictly personal and invisible.

The collected personal information accessible to Aiap is the following:

  • Name

  • Surname

  • Email address

  • Street

  • City

  • Post code

  • Country

  • Phone*

  • Profession

  • Studio/Agency/Company*

  • Tax code (required for Italian subjects alone)

  • VAT number*

Aiap may use the above data for statistical purposes, always in anonymous form.

The data collected by Aiap concerning the address and town/city will be used, in anonymous form, to map the registrations in order to gain a better understanding of the participants’ origins.

While Aiap may change this privacy policy every now and then, in all cases users will be informed of any such changes and prompted to read the new dedicated page on the website www.aiap-awda.com/privacy-policy
